1. All sales are final. Once you have made payment, the deposit can't be returned or refunded, unless the item that we ship to you is a wrong item or broken/defected.

2. All claims must be made within 7 days after you receive your item. After that period, you are not allowed to return your item to us and your money will not be refunded.

3. Item must be returned to us within that 7-day period in order to allow enough time for us to schedule full refund into your account.

4. We welcome feedback and reviews for the item you have purchased. Selected reviews will be given free discount voucher or cuopon for future purchase.
